Chetan Bhagat's ''One night @ the call center''

Chetan Bhagat's 'One night @ the call center':- Literary Analyses

1.

  1. Do you agree: “Bhagat has a talent for tapping into the zeitgeist; that he is not much older than the people he writes about makes him a particularly credible portrayed of their world.” Give illustrations from your reading of the novel.

◆ Sir your question is I agree with this statement or not? yes, I agree with this because, Chetan Bhagat who has a talent for tapping into the zeitgeist not for all traditional thinker or people. why he write his work to favor of only for younger generations . I think he is psychological zeitgeist and my interpretation focuses on his mentality, deep way to see how literature affected on human life? In context of which types of literature or books people like and read now a days. This is deep sense to see which types of people around us and they are now a days depressed from globalization in present time. I think he is one of the best writers for convince to people how they hungry to read his books. And his points of view are in favor to the younger generation. Yes he is not much older than the people he writes about makes him a particularly credible because he doing well planning for how his thoughts make an impact on people's mind and I think he writes on recent topics related to the young joblessness people. How economic, social, traditional mind set work in the various filed, how men and women both are face equal problems in some field, how our everyday work and responsibilities become mental problem. So, I agree with his some arguments but, not with his all illustration from his novel.

2. One of the themes of the novel is its anti-American sentiments which are intertwined with Nationalism. Had you been God, what would have been your answer to Vroom when he said "If only you had given India as much as America!"?

If I'm God than I will said to Vroom that why you want to expect similar wealth as America in our india? Can you know in India people are so narrow minded and they believe in those kind of thins like, those things are unbelievable for me also. Why you give more importance to religion, cast, gender, rich people and poor people; that division done by people in India. Than why you expect this types of things because, in India people are blind behind Babas- Babies, god or Superstition rather than reality of life. Can American people believe in 33 crore gods and goddess? Of course No, because they are know that self-confident, hard-work, Education, knowledge, Technology, Economy etc are more important rather than superstition, blind faith, god, luck, emotions and so on. That's why America and India are not similar in so many different things or wealth. I think I ask one question to Vroom how can you judge that both country are maid by God rather than Not by their people, society and culture. If Vroom has this types of faith on god than as a god what are my expectations from uneducated people, rural people and mostly young generation of the growing new India. They have more expectations from god rather than any political leader or any people who have power to change some stereotype things in this 'New India's☺️....So,  I think he want something best in India ad indian people's condition but,  when they have their own way of looking life, than how will I help?

                            Thank you!
